We have an A+ Better Business Rating, awesome customer service and lots of glowing reviews but we do have some bad reviews – and we are not ashamed of them. You should read them and our responses. The bottom line is not everyone is nice all the time. Every business get jerks through its doors – it’s just part of life and part of doing business. Some businesses handle jerks by sucking up to them – we do not.
We believe respect is a two way street and we believe in being nice until its time to not be nice. We know people have bad days from time to time and that dealing with divorce or other legal matters can be a stressful and emotional time. We are not unsympathetic and will do our best to be supportive and understanding but we simply will not tolerate inappropriate behavior. And if you think about it – why would you want to hire an attorney who would bend over and tolerate that kind of behavior – just to avoid a bad review? If we don’t have what it takes to stand up for ourselves – how are you to expect us to stand up for you?
So we hope you agree that our view on this is the way things ought to be and that you give our few bad reviews their due consideration and trust that if you are nice to us, we will be nice to you and help you through this process. And if you wanna write a review, good or bad – we encourage that.

I attempted to retain this attorney regarding a matter involving my parent. During our communication, the attorney requested my parent's medical records, which I promptly gathered and provided. She subsequently requested additional information, and I made every effort to obtain and provide what I understood she was asking for.
After I provided the requested information, I received a response stating, “That’s not what I asked for,” followed by an abrupt statement that she could not help me.
I found this experience extremely unprofessional and disappointing. If the information provided was not what she needed, I believe it would have been reasonable and professional to clearly explain what specific records or documentation were being requested, particularly since I am not a medical professional and was relying on her guidance regarding the information necessary for her review.
I understand that an attorney has the right to decline representation after reviewing a potential matter. However, the manner in which this was handled was very discouraging. I spent considerable time gathering records and responding to her requests, only to be dismissed without clear clarification regarding what was missing.
When someone is seeking legal assistance regarding a serious matter involving a parent, clear communication, professionalism, and compassion are extremely important. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
