REVIEWS
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The vast majority of our clients are extremely happy with our service. You likely will be too.
We have an A+ Better Business Rating, awesome customer service and lots of glowing reviews but we do have some bad reviews – and we are not ashamed of them. You should read them and our responses. The bottom line is not everyone is nice all the time. Every business get jerks through its doors – it’s just part of life and part of doing business. Some businesses handle jerks by sucking up to them – we do not.
We believe respect is a two way street and we believe in being nice until its time to not be nice. We know people have bad days from time to time and that dealing with divorce or other legal matters can be a stressful and emotional time. We are not unsympathetic and will do our best to be supportive and understanding but we simply will not tolerate inappropriate behavior. And if you think about it – why would you want to hire an attorney who would bend over and tolerate that kind of behavior – just to avoid a bad review? If we don’t have what it takes to stand up for ourselves – how are you to expect us to stand up for you?
So we hope you agree that our view on this is the way things ought to be and that you give our few bad reviews their due consideration and trust that if you are nice to us, we will be nice to you and help you through this process. And if you wanna write a review, good or bad – we encourage that.

I reached out to them for help with the final steps of my divorce (since I moved from the city I was filing in) . I had completed 80% on my own and wanted to hire them to help me finish it. Instead of offering assistance, they condescendingly told me, 'What you’re doing is like rebuilding a car’s transmission without being a mechanic.' Funny enough, I completed the divorce myself (i was only missing 1 document)—guess I am a mechanic. If you want respect and real help, look elsewhere.
Response from the owner:While what we told liz was simple truth and not condescending, we do agree with her conclusion. If you want 'real help' with a divorce, we are the law firm to come to. If you want 'free help' with a divorce like liz here - then yes, don't waste our time like she tried to. While we do help do-it-yourselves with things like document reviews and fully prepared forms and instruction at reduced fees - we don't do it for free. Just like ya don't get yer cheeseburger at McDonald's until you pay. Our service is not for people who want to do everything themselves. If that's what you want - do your own research. Our service is for people who don't wanna bother going to court themselves, want to insure the matter is handle properly and timely but who also want an affordable fee. While we understand not everyone can afford an attorney, at a total fee of $395 for everything including court cost and service of process fees, our service is close to or in some cases less than what someone who attempts to do it themselves pays and even if they are eligible to have court cost waived, at $395 our service is still the smartest and most convenient way to get it done even for those who are indigent. But yeah, if you are a liz - definitely look elsewhere.
Fantastic all around outcome! I didn't have to go to court. Speeding charges were reduced to a non-moving violation, so my insurance isn't impacted. And all I had to do was fill out a form and pay their fee. From that fee, they paid my court fees, which means my total payment for their services was about $100. I could not be happier!
Quick and easy. Recommend 100%
I had an exceptional experience with this Law Firm. I was treated respectfully, politely, and with urgency when I communicated with questions or concerns. My legal needs were handled and the cost was reasonable as well.
Super easy process. They made every step of the way easy. They are super fast to respond and very helpful.
They took care of my speeding ticket quick and easy. No court, no phone calls. Hopefully won’t need them again, but I would definitely recommend.
Quick and easy divorce..ty
I must say. I'm very unsatisfied with the service given to my sister. She made this office very much aware that she has not seen her husband since 10 days after they got married. She provided all the information, including an asylum. As he was from Gambia, after the sheriff supposedly went over there. He was told that her husband was deported to Africa. With no supporting documents showing or stating that, that is the case. However, they decided to drop a case without verifying that that information is legit. So needless to say, he could be running around here still can't get this divorce. I'm very, very disappointed in this office. All the reaching out she had to do to get information even updates on her case. After reaching out today, she gets an email saying well, the sheriff brought it over there, but they said he was deported. That is not supportive information that is not even information that they can prove to be true. And so I'm very concerned about this office. And the efforts that they give to satisfy their customers and not to mention the money. That's wasted and still not concluding in a divorce. I would definitely look somewhere else. With no supporting documentation
Response from the owner:Yes, people like you and your sister definitely should go somewhere else. Our service is for people who are in touch and cooperative with each other. While we can do divorces for uncooperative spouses, we do at least need to be able to find them. Your sister's spouse could not be served by certified mail or sheriff so at this point a legal publication is likely the only option but if he has been deported, that will make things a lot more complicated. Your sister seems to think this is a simple 'motion' - it isn't and that was explained to her. So by all means feel free to spend money having someone else tell you the same thing.
