The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The vast majority of our clients are extremely happy with our service. You likely will be too.
We have an A+ Better Business Rating, awesome customer service and lots of glowing reviews but we do have some bad reviews – and we are not ashamed of them. You should read them and our responses. The bottom line is not everyone is nice all the time. Every business get jerks through its doors – it’s just part of life and part of doing business. Some businesses handle jerks by sucking up to them – we do not.
We believe respect is a two way street and we believe in being nice until its time to not be nice. We know people have bad days from time to time and that dealing with divorce or other legal matters can be a stressful and emotional time. We are not unsympathetic and will do our best to be supportive and understanding but we simply will not tolerate inappropriate behavior. And if you think about it – why would you want to hire an attorney who would bend over and tolerate that kind of behavior – just to avoid a bad review? If we don’t have what it takes to stand up for ourselves – how are you to expect us to stand up for you?
So we hope you agree that our view on this is the way things ought to be and that you give our few bad reviews their due consideration and trust that if you are nice to us, we will be nice to you and help you through this process. And if you wanna write a review, good or bad – we encourage that.

Efficient, pleasant to work with, and extremely cost-effective.
My experience with the Houser Law Firm from start to finish was a phenomenal experience. Every staff member was attentive, professional, polite, knowledgeable, skilled, kind and compassionate.
I have used this law firm twice and each time they did not disappoint . If you have any speeding tickets these guys will help. They are the most amazing, communicative, and effective law firm I have encountered thus far. You won’t regret taking your patronage here.
They were awesome!! Simple, quick, and extremely affordable. You would literally be throwing money away by going somewhere else . Throwing money you would never have had to spend to begin with if you would have simply gone here to start with . friendly and understanding
Set an appointment up for April 16 2 weeks in advanced was told I would be contacted briefly before the appointment to set up a video call because i’m 12 hours away and never received a call/email/text and now I’m told I had to call day of my appointment and it’s now my fault I missed but I was waiting on the email or text to click the link to FaceTime and get the show on the road after waiting 2.5 weeks just to even have an appointment. Now we are going back in forth on text and they told me “learn how to follow simple instructions” but can’t give me the right information when setting up an appointment. Do better and choose a better firm this one wasted a 2.5 week process for nothing and blamed me. While arguing back in forth on text because they basically said i had the wrong firm but that was the only firmed i called in NC after getting me upset i was told “I knew i’d get you to dance”. Very unprofessional and can’t keep their word on appointments set ups so i’d hate to see what they did for people in front of a judge..
Response from the owner:You were told to call us so yes, it was your fault for not following simple instructions a kindergarten child could likely follow. As to us being unprofessional, you were treated in the manner in which you deserved for being profane and acting like a kindergarten child. You get what you give and frankly - that is as it should be.
Amanda recently handled a personal matter in which I was the plaintiff in a DVPO. Amanda was extremely professional, punctual, and understanding throughout the ordeal. She ensured that I was taken care of and my needs/concerns were properly addressed by the court. If you're looking for legal assistance, look no further.

Response from the owner:There's an assumption that everyone who contacts or comes into a business and posts a review is a decent / somewhat intelligent person. This is simply false. It is a known fact that there are idiots and jerks in the world and they too contact or come to businesses and post reviews. We do have compassion and try to help these people but we have a limit of what we will tolerate. There are some idiots or jerks who just refuse to listen to reason / simple truth and are un-helpable. If that is the case, we don't waste our time with people like that and frankly - neither should you.
Big fan of their professionalism, communication, and honesty. They set the standard for what you should expect from an attorney. Thank y’all again for everything. 10/10 would recommend.
