NC Legal Services (formerly The Houser Law Firm, P.C.) is a Professional Corporation and full service, General Practice Law Firm located in Jacksonville, NC that serves our judicial district of Onslow and Jones counties and the entire state of North Carolina for some of our services such as Uncontested Divorce, Separation and routine legal services such as Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Our philosophy is that quality legal services should be affordable! We provide our clients with prompt, courteous and professional legal services at an affordable fee. While we never compromise on our legal professionalism, we do strive to manage our cost and expenses so that we can offer high quality legal services at fees that are reasonable and affordable. We are also very concerned about our client’s satisfaction and want our client’s to feel comfortable and confident about our law firm. While the North Carolina State Bar specifically prohibits attorney’s from guaranteeing the outcome of a case, we can guarantee you the following: We are very competitive with our Lowest Fee Guarantee – we will meet or beat any other attorney or law firm’s advertised fee and also with our Stand By Our Work Guarantee – if you ever unsatisfied with our law firm’s legal services, we will make it right at no additional charge!
FEES & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Consultations: Some consultations are free. For some legal matters such Separation Agreements and Document Reviews, consultation fees start at $100. For Child Custody and other complex matters the consultation fee is $250. All consultation fees will be applied to your quoted fee – if you decide to retain our firm. So even if there is a consultation, ultimately it will be free if you retain us.
Legal Services: Most of our legal services can be done for an affordable flat rate fee – just select the service you need form the menu above and we can provide you a no obligation quote.
